We had another fantastic week at camp and can hardly believe we've already passed the halfway point of the summer! We loved welcoming all our families to camp on Visiting Day! With one more week to go in First Session, camp spirit is as strong as ever, campers are happy and busy, and we're making the most of every moment of the week!

Bunk 7 kept the series alive with a convincing 4-1 Ball Hockey victory over Bunk 12.

The win narrows the series to 3-2, setting up another must-watch matchup.
⚽ '67 Cup
What looked like certain defeat quickly turned into one of the most memorable finishes of the summer.
With only seconds remaining, Nate Bernstein found the equalizer to force overtime. After a scoreless extra frame, the game headed to penalty kicks where Bunk 7 call-up Harry Lash delivered the decisive moment, calmly burying the winning penalty to lift Bunk 11 past Bunk 5 in a thrilling shootout.
The victory gives Bunk 11 a 3-2 series lead and a chance to capture the '67 Cup in the next game.
👑 King of the Hill Cup
Facing elimination, Bunk 9 refused to back down.
After forcing a decisive Game 5, they completed the comeback in dramatic fashion, scoring a Golden Goal in overtime to capture the King of the Hill Cup.

Activity Highlight
Dancing with the Staff
Dancing with the Staff is one of Camp Wingate's newest traditions and it's quickly becoming a favourite. Every Saturday, campers and staff perform a dance based on a different weekly theme. Teams spend the week practicing during rest hour and free play before taking the stage in front of the whole camp.
Last week's theme was Disney, and every team found its moment on stage.
